Hope Community manages over 70 buildings and values it’s vendor relationships, our catchment area regularly has us in the market for different suppliers. Currently we are looking for suppliers in the following specializations:
- Boilers
- Elevators
- Key Fob
- Painting
- Security Cameras
Boilers
Boiler Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete
the boiler installation, repair, or maintenance as specified.
Elevators
Elevator Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete
the elevator installation, repair, or maintenance as specified.
Key Fob
Intercom Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the intercom installation, repair, or maintenance as specified herein, including, but not limited to maintaining the buildings fob systems.
Painting
Painting Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the painting and finishing as specified herein, including, but not limited to, the following:
i. Painting of items where items or surfaces are not specifically mentioned but for which painting is necessary to complete the job, or work which comes within the intent of the work order. Contractor to paint the same as similar adjacent materials or areas.
ii. Floors, walls, ceilings, doors, frames, wood trim, railings, handrails, stairs, ladders, and all other exposed elements.
iii. Exposed pipes, ducts, conduit, hangers, steel.
iv. Primed metal equipment.
Security Cameras
Video surveillance system includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the camera system installation, repair, or maintenance as specified herein, including, but not limited to, the following:
i. Furnish and install a XX camera system including, but not limited to, digital video recorder, data transmission wiring, control station with its equipment, and all other equipment necessary to provide a complete and operating camera system.
