Earning Rewards Made Easy:

1. Create an account.
Download the app today or visit https://communityrewards.me

2. Complete action items for points.
Complete any of the provided actions to earn points. Once you have accumulated enough points, you will be able to redeem them for a reward gift card of your choice. The more actions you complete, the more points you earn.

3. Exchange your points for rewards!
After you exchange your points for a reward card, you will receive an email within 24 – 48 hours that will provide a link to your e-gift card!

  • A new Community Rewards program that keeps residents in the know of upcoming events and programs, and gifts residents FREE gift cards just for participating.
  • Download the app or sign up online at https://communityrewards.me/
  • Select and complete any and as many action items available to earn points.
  • Redeem points for FREE gift cards.
  • A wide variety of FREE gift cards to restaurants, shopping, and various services are offered. Examples include Dunkin’ Donuts, Marshalls, The Disney Store, Old Navy, Dave & Busters, Amazon, and much more!
  • Gift card amounts vary from $5 – $100!
  • Absolutely nothing. Community Rewards are FREE!
  • Once logged into your Community Rewards account, click on the actions icon at the top of your screen. From here you will see a list of actions worthy of points.
  • Click on any action for details of how to complete.
  • Once you have completed the action, click the confirm button.
  • The Hope Programs Team reviews and verifies points every Friday. If you have successfully completed the action, you will receive the assigned reward points. If you have not completed the action you confirmed, you will not receive the awards points until you complete the action.
  • For questions or assistance with completing action items, you can work with your Property Manager or Resident Services Coordinator, call Hope Community at (212) 860-8821, or email programs@hopeci.org
  • The Hope Programs Team reviews and verifies points every Friday. If you have successfully completed the action, you will receive the assigned reward points then. If you have not completed the action you confirmed, you will not receive the awards points until you complete the action.
  • Some actions, such as paying rent, lease renewals and annual benefit certifications may take a few days to process. These actions may take up to an extra week to verify and award points.
  • If you are unsure of whether you have successfully completed these actions or need additional assistance, you can work with your Property Manager or Resident Services Coordinator, call Hope Community at (212) 860-8821, or email programs@hopeci.org
  • If you have completed the action “Online Payment Portal” or “December Rent” before enrolling in Community Rewards, you can still receive points. Simply Confirm the action, and the Hope Programs Team will confirm on the following Friday.
  • All other actions will be eligible for reward points if completed after Community Rewards enrollment.
  • You must earn a minimum of 10,000 points to redeem a gift card.
  • When you’re ready to exchange your reward points for a gift card, simply click on the Rewards trophy icon at the top of your screen and select the desired gift card.
  • An e-gift card will be emailed to you within 48 hours (about 2 days).
  • New actions worthy of points, gift card options, announcements and events will be added to Community Rewards throughout the year. We encourage you to check in often for updates.
  • Community Rewards has not been implemented in all buildings yet. Community Rewards will be slowly implemented in Hope buildings and accessible to tenants in waves throughout 2024. You will receive an email from Hope Community once your building has been added. At that time, all rewards will be available to you.
  • Your email isn’t up to date. Tenants must use the email on file with Hope Community to access Community Rewards. If you have a new email that you prefer to use, contact Hope Management at (212) 860-8821 to update.
  • Technical Errors. For all technical errors, you can contact Community Rewards directly at (214) 238-4200 or communityrewards@modernmsg.com
