Tahir Alberga is an Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Community Development Finance group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Tahir worked at the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System in the Division of Consumer and Community Affairs.

Tahir received his BA from Howard University and a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University. Tahir is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In his spare time he enjoys taking his dog on long walks and cycling.
