William Chase is a community development professional with a 20-year career in housing, having worked in private and non-profit sectors.

Mr. Chase is currently a Vice President of Morgan Stanley’s Community Development Finance department, where he is responsible for underwriting and analyzing loans and equity investments into private equity funds. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chase focused on estate development and small business lending for the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation. Other experience includes tenures at TLM Funds, a New York based private equity real estate organization, CW Capital, and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Chase received a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Virginia.
